I have been having some pain on the bottom of my heel wearing very hard soled boots. I bought these for some cushioning to help. These actually do help! The are easy to place in your shoes/boots and they do not slide around which is a plus. The only flaw and why they're not 5 stars, is that where the heel cup ends, you feel the bump when walking. It's not painful, just awkward. So while it perfectly cushions the heel, it adds an annoying bump across the middle of your foot. Too bad really, and maybe it's just something that could be ignored after a while of using them.

I liked these but they only lasted a couple weeks before they wore out and were completely unusable. Mainly they crack where the colored inner meets the clear section. With limited use they are very helpful for comfort or leg injuries where this extra cushioning will provide relief. (If this review has been useful to you, please click the "helpful" button. They were just ok. Very squishy. Great price. Have to be so careful when placing in shoes bc they stick and it’s hard to get them in the “just right spot” of heel.

Really good product. I honestly didn't think it would be that helpful, but it is! I'm planning on buying a second pair and eventually have more shoes with those cups.

This product worked better on the bone spurs on my feet than the orthopedic brace provided by my doctor's office. I will order additional pads for my other shoes. Great product....
