I purchased this for my son for Christmas, we live in MA so the weather hasn't been nice enough until this week to ride his bike. He used it twice and when he put the helmet down after taking it off he must have put it down "too hard" or dropped it because the plastic piece that secures the helmet to the head snapped and now the helmet doesn't fit securely. Completely defeats the purpose of a helmet. I can't even think about what would have happened to him if he fell off his bike and the helmet hit the ground with his head in it.... it surely would have broken and whether or not his head would have been protected is unknown. But, I wouldn't suggest taking the risk. A helmet should be able to take a hard hit and not break. This one broke with almost no impact. Apparently its too late to return or get my money back.

I have the largest head imaginable for a woman (with a whole lot of thick curly hair too) and this helmet works really well for me! I got the large!

Got this helmet yesterday and the plastic head strap broke on my first ride with it. Guess you get what you pay for. Helmet fits fine but is cheaply made.

Update on previous review: I will purchase from this company again. Their customer service was excellent!!! I was contacted by the company shortly after the original review was published. After forwarding them a photo of the broken piece inside the helmet I received an email advising a replacement helmet has already been shipped to me as a replacement. They were quick to respond, extremely courteous and took quick action to correct a problem.This helmet was an Easter gift for my grandson. He loved it until today when the back support completely tore off inside the helmet as it is secured to the inside cushioning with a piece of plastic smaller than the cap on a tube of toothpaste. He loved the helmet but can no longer use it as it now slides back and forth on his head.

Recently purchased a ebike and needed a helmet. This one came in several colors and after following the easy helmet measurements, i ordered a medium and it fit like a charm. pic 3 even has a helmet adjuster to insure a good fit. Would strongly recommend this helmet.

I purchased this for a woman (64 years young!) who was having seizures that sometimes caused her to suddently fall and hit her head. Because she can no longer drive, she walks a lot and this is to ensure her safety. I thought she might not want to wear it because of her age, but I was wrong. She LOVED IT!!!!!!! Said it was so comfortable and it kept her head warm. Plus, she received lots of compliments from friends who thought it was a great solution for an unfortunate medical condition. This is a LIFE changer for her. RECOMMEND for ALL AGES.

The helmet design was okay but the shape of the helmet was totally round. Since my head (and the heads of most of the people I know) is egg-shaped so it didn't come close to fitting me. Returned for a refund.

I bought 2 of these for gifts on Easter. Within days, BOTH broke where the inside band attaches to the helmets. Sadly, they appear to be very nice, but the plastic piece that attaches the band to the back of the helmet is very flimsy!
