I have used these religiously every night. They do not stay on all night. I have not noticed any difference in my dark spots. They are bigger than some of the others but they are still ineffective

I have a very distinctive age spot that I treat constantly. I thought this would be a new approach. At first I was afraid I’d need microneedling equipment but these patches are self contained, nothing else needed. They last very well on my face overnight. They have a very slight needling action that I can feel but that is not painful. I like the on their own but have intensified the impact by applying them over retinol.I think they work well and gave reduced the dark edges of my age spot. I’m very pleased with them and would buy them when these run out.

I'm down to my last 2 of these, and I've been using them 2x a day with no significant difference. You can feel the little poking only slightly like a tiny pin prick but they havent made a difference my skin and I'm almost done with the set. I do have darker brown skin which may be the issue but I at least expected a slight change but now

I don't know how to use this product. Nothing is in English and there were no instructions included. I don't know how long to leave the patches on or anything. I do not recommend unless you can read Chinese/Japanese.
