Normally, for tee shirts, a 2XL is a bit snug but a 3XL is plenty roomy. Since I wanted control I went with the 2X and it is definitely the right size. The shirt is snug without being uncomfortable. It does not roll up from the bottom as I was worried it might. Under a white dress shirt I added a normal undershirt to hide the lines of the trimmer and that worked great. Under a polo shirt or heavier casual shirt I wouldn't bother with an undershirt as the trimmer is basically undetectable. This did not give me "six-pack" abs, but my keg was kept under control. A side benefit is that it alleviated some back pain through support.

I'm 5'9" 190lbs. I'm not overly big. I "look" in shape, but since I haven't worked out in a while, I'm much softer than I'd like to be. This product fit as expected and I'm generally happy with the results. As stated by others, there are times that the vest forces the skin to bulge a bit, which isn't very attractive when wearing tighter shirts creating a "panty line" effect on your chest. Other than that, this product helps keep things in place.

for just being a shirt, it works. People are expecting magical results which is clearly beyond what expectations should be. i mainly got it for my nipples puffin out and it works for that purpose. it also slims the tummy but nothing extreme. good product for the money and i would recommend it to others. I have a small beer belly. i am not obese dont buy this if ur huge it will not work.

Fits good ...I have had two abdominal surgeries and brought this for back and abdominal support. My only complaint is I wish that the spandex was stronger /stiffer for more support. And it does wash well too.

Fits as expected. Does it's job. It's a bitch to take off though.

It is a bit tight but it was expected...it does the job but I wish it was a bit more firm on the abdominal area...it is made out of expanding material...

Working great, very noticeable difference in the way clothing appears. I wish I would have bought one size smaller than I did because I would like to hide a bit more of my stomach...but it may have been really uncomfortable if it's not large enough.
