It's very tough thin plastic, and weighs very little empty as a result, almost nothing. A few tens of grams only. It says shipping weight 136g in the product description. That will include the packaging.

How much does it weigh?

These weigh next to nothing; very lightweight indeed. I take two with me when i go wild camping and they take up hardly any space in a small side pocket. These are well worth the money.

can you fill this with water and microwave?

In my honest opinion, I would not microwave the bottle. I think if it was microwaved it would shorten the life of the bottle and make the plastic go brittle.

What is the maximum temperature range of this bottle ? If I just warm or hot water is it poisonous?

personally I would only use this for cold / room temp drinks as it is not insulated. - perfect for water
