Use Loctite!... or some other threadlocker.
Good light output, and the housing is some sort of cast material (most likely aluminum) but the mounts are plastic and feel cheap. I cannot get them to tighten down on the bars. They are not overly loose, but they do not get tight enough to be completely rigid. One benefit to this: they are easily adjustable even when tightened. Using Loctite on all threads is a must, as I had one light fall off the mount from a bolt backing out. This is one of the bolts that holds the light housing to the vertical mount, and I believe they came affixed in the box but I cant remember. Anyhow, they got 4 stars only because the mounts are plastic and will probably fail. These are not made to take a beating, but they function great for putting light on the road between the low beam cutoff and the front of the bike. The light output shines well to the sides, sort of like "ditch lights", but I do have mine pointed towards the outside of the bike a few degrees.

Design issue, heavy lights (aluminium) on flimsy plastic supports, should be otherwise.
I bought this because I refused to pay the overpriced and almost not available OEM for my Honda Africa Twin, then to be fair for the price I didn't expect a high end product. It's very well constructed aluminum housing but heavy and other reviews say, supports are plastic or similar. I know there are a lot of things that works better when are made in plastic than metal. Inspecting other expensive brands, I notice that the fog light itself is plastic and very light and supports are metal and firm, then fog light light and support firm metal, that's the key. I don't think this heavy fog light will break the support, but for sure will not hold firmly on the motorcycle crash bars, will vibrate more than the motorcycle itself and will look like there's something loose. Leds itself are very bright and with very wide pattern cutting the light at the height of the light, which is good, I hate to blind other drivers and that's not safer for me, but it's cutting the light bellow too, then at 4 meters, you will have a light stripe of 60cm wide aprox and 5 o 6 meters wide, with a shape of oval, the same shape of the lenses. I wish pattern cut upper but stay open at the bottom of the light, but this not the case. The whole idea behind this fog lights for me, is to illuminate at both sides of the motorcycle but as closer as possible to see the road ditches while I driving in a foggy and curvy mountain which I usually drive. That's the way of cars fog lights works, illuminate both sides in short distance, not sure if this product will satisfy that expectative at 100% but probably if I point them litlte bit down, probably I could achieve an acceptable pattern for my expectations. For manufacturer I could suggest to change the design to a plastic and light fog light (waterproof) and alu or metal support and better if it could have 2 point of support instead of 1. This ones probably will work better on a crash bars that has the support for fog light and eliminate the plastic extension. Even the base that is screw directly to the fog light is plastic, this one could be metal too.

Good light, lousy mounts
When I opened the box I knew right away that the plastic mounting bracket was not strong enough to hold these lights when I’m off-road on a rough trail. Since I was only planning on-road trips for the near future, I decided to go ahead and mount them while I looked for more robust mounts. Well, that plan fell apart (literally) during the mounting process. The plastic bracket that is screwed to the lamp housing was distorted. The two “ears” of that bracket were warped inward. When I tried to push them apart to slip in the upper part of the mount, one ear broke right off. Bottom line; the light housing looks good, the mounts are crap.

Good product! Easy to install!
Received lamps and installed them with recomended connection harness.Easy to install in standard crash bars of my KTM Super Adventure 1290. They look very much alike to the factory lamps but for a fraction of the price.Product looks good in quality. Light is good as expected for this kind of lamp. Will update for long term use. So far, 5 stars!

Do not waste your money!
I first purchased the Atoplite LED headlight from this company and even though the product did not come with any instruction or documents, it was a simple straight forward install. I then decided to purchase the beam lights for my BMW F700GS and I was not happy at all. First thing I noticed was that the wires looked like it was installed once before. I then removed it from the package and noticed that the power harness cable is about 2 inches in length. How am I supposed to run the cable to any source of power? The casing of the light was painted with possibly a spray can. You can see the paint runoff. I understand the price of the product is substantially less than other brands but, the pictures that are advertised are not what you will be receiving. It looked so bad that I did not even connect it to a power source to see how bright it is. I contacted the manufacture and did not receive any response from them either.

Great lights.
Nice lights identical to the BMW lights that come on the higher end motorcycles.
