I bought these because they appeared more substantial than the alternatives. The order arrived with one roller different from the other three; it appeared to be a different but similar part with metric tolerances. I notified the seller, they responded swiftly (I was surprised!) and refunded my order entirely. They instructed me to reorder, which I did. The second order arrived with no problems. The installation went well and my doors roll better than ever. Excellent customer service.

I bought these wheels which have actual ball bearings in them to replace a Amazon Prime top choice wheel set that I had just purchased. Those were cheap, but at a price that caused them to leave out the real ball bearing. They used the plastic wheel itself as the outer race. These roll with lrss effort than when the shower doors were new. Amazon's top choice did not even roll but slid down the rail on the slick plastic wheel.

These work well, helps the shower doors open easy.I had to enlarge the holes a tiny bit on the existing brackets on the doors but really was not too big a deal.

shower door works like a new door. Four screws, one with a bad Philips head. Took a trip to the big box store to replace the defective screw.

Didn’t fit cutout groove in hanger bracket.

These rollers make a big difference over the plastic ones. They were simple to install and now the doors slide with barely a fingertip touch.
