Very good follow up Customer service, they resolved my issue with understanding and efficiency.
The product arrived promptly, however had a acrid and very strong smell, which in a small home gym was quite overpowering. Exchanged emails with seller, who gave advice on how to clean with white Vinegar... and agreed perhaps I had received a rogue item.. they have promised to refund the cost of the item.
