Awesome chair, my only gripe is that you will need a cushion to sit on if you’re sitting in it for long amounts of time. It has a very thin layer of cushion and is rather hard. Would help to put a layer of grease on the metal foot rest bars too, other wise it’s hard to push in and pull out. I put grease on the bars and that seemed to fix that problem. All in all it’s a great chair though, it’s adjustable in every way you could imagine and very sturdy. I lean all the way back and though it feels like you’re going to fall, you aren’t. I tried to purposely knock myself over to see what the limit was and still couldn’t knock myself over.

I’ve edited my review before since buying this when I first started having issues and was frustrated. However now, having just bought a new chair and carried the pieces of this one to the curb, I think I should give my final thoughts on the product. Which is that it was a bad chair. Not the worst. But bad.I did own this chair for about two years, but it was only really usable for one. I set it up, which was all fairly easy for me to do. My only initial complaint was that the chair was a bit uncomfortable. And even then, I slapped down a pillow and between that and having the foot rest, didn’t really pay it much mind. However after a few months the leg rest broke off. One of the plastic fixtures keeping it in place completely busted off. Few months later, the left arm rest broke. I could no longer adjust it and have it stay where I put it. It was permanently stuck in the lowest position and would swivel freely left and right. Those weren’t as big of a deal, however, when the plastic keeping the wheels in place started to break, I kinda was out of luck. Before I’d even owned it a year, I found the wheel completely falling out if I shifted my weight wrong. Any particularly strong jerk threatened to send me to the floor. I tried a lot of tinkering with it to see if I could find a way to get it to stay, but nothing worked for long, and eventually the added pressure on the other wheels caused the plastic around two of the others to break. In the end, the plastic that they used for much of this chair is just really cheap and really breakable. I kept this for two years, but it was mostly out of procrastination and a foolhardy notion that I could find some way to fix it.Perhaps if you’re gentler with your chairs than me, this product might last you longer. Maybe I just got a bad chair. In the end, I don’t really recommend it if you’re just looking to save a few bucks. If that’s the case and you want something that’s going to last, I recommend saving up for a better chair. However, if you don’t know if you’re going to love a gaming chair in the first place and don’t see the point in spending a lot of money for something that you don’t know if you’re going to love or not, then this might be an option for you? This chair was pretty nice for the first couple months and if you’re willing to upgrade after a year, then it might possibly be worth it. However, I still recommend you shop around a bit more first.

I bought this chair for my kid, since they wanted something new and was looking to not spend much because you know, they don't take care of things like they should. I found this when I was browsing and decided to look and see what they had. Well for the price to get swivel arm mounts, and a leg rest seemed like a go to. Getting to my kid, they loved the chair and said it was comfortable enough for a few hours of gaming before going to bed. I would totally recommend this to someone. I weight about 280 lbs and i'm 6 ft tall, so it wasn't a bad experience I could say I would like for my self. But for the price and quality of the item that you get, it's definitely not a bad purchase for one to invest in on a budget.

I bought this for more than a month. It is very comfortable. The whole chair can perfectly lie down with no worry of balancing problem. The side of the chair hugs you pretty good, it will actually make you feel like you are sitting in a racing car. You can also raise the armrest on both sides in a great range. The chair comes with two pillows and one of them even have a massage function. The price is pretty cheap compared to other similar chairs and it has the best quality in all the chairs I have bought so far.

After reviewing many gaming chairs and their differences, I was excited to recieve this chair. I have decided that it's just "ok" for the price. When opening the box, most of the foam pads for shipping protection weren't even covering the specified part. Not a big deal but makes me think a returned product right away. Assembly was rather simple and well instructed. After sitting in the chair for a while the seat and lumbar support pad were not the most comfortable and seem way too firm. Also the whole chair rocks from side to side a little bit, mostly in the lift mechanism. I really wanted to love this chair but I wish I would've splurged a little more on price for a better one...

I like that this chair is on the smaller side. I’m 5’2” and it fits me perfect (my feet actually can touch the ground). Vertical evelation function sticks. Foot rest falls out and isn’t secure when pulled out all the way. Feels unsteady when moving forward while seated. If foot rest extended it will fall forward if not careful when moving forward. It’s comfy though. I use at work for long 10days at the office. I wish the seat would rise up some more. Watch the warranty the company charged me twice for a warranty on one product. When I called to inform of their error they refused to refund me the second warranty even though there’s not a second chair to insure! WTH! I say definitely buy the warranty; not sure how long this chairs gonna last! I just hope they honor their part in the case there is a problem especially since I’m doubled insured!

I’m currently on a business trip in Japan, so I chose to purchase this chair on Amazon for my nephew's birthday over in US. I wasn’t sure about the quality of the chair until my nephew received it. he really liked it. The chair was very easy to unpack and assemble, my nephew is only 13yrs and he could assemble it all by himself. The seat is comfortable and adjustalbe as well which allows you to lean all the way back.The design was pretty cool too, especially the rotatable armrest, you can even adjust its height. Overall, it was a very good shopping experience with Vancel, it's definitely worth more than what I paid for.
