Nice wee handy to use size, smokes a bit first couple of times using it, once that paint like texture is of it's all good, it gives you around 400grams on a aluminium pour , I like it no complaints from me .

Ok, you’re not going to get perfectly shaped ingots cast from this mould, it’s rough, tough and ready.It’s just what you want for back-yard refinery, melt dross, remove impurities, cast, and so on.I use this to cast rough brass ingots ready for use on future projects all the time. The tapered mole shape is perfect for easy release, and I really don’t care whether the ingot is perfectly smooth/well shaped.This is a functional ingot casting mold, and will serve you well in that capacity. If you’re looking for a refined result, this might not be the mold for you - at least not without a lot of Grundy and polishing.
