Very quick delivery. Well packed with the underlay neatly folded inside. Easy to install, cut with scissors, not a knife incase you cut through the material underneath. Do not rush the cutting of it, take your time, and remember that you can always cut more off, but you can`t put it back on! When you have cut it place stones, or other heavy weights, around the edge of the pond, then fill with water, moulding the liner in place as you go, (at this point you can put the fish and plants back in the pond) leave it for a couple of days then finish by trimming off the liner again (if necessary.) Tidy up the edges around the plants, or whatever, remember to hide the exposed edges of the liner with stones, turf, or astro-turf to protect them from the sun`s uv rays.Remember that the underlay has to be checked for any small stones, or similar, before the liner is installedon top.Just a thought, why don`t they make the pond underlay and the pond liner together, as one unit, laminated together, that way you are only cutting the one sheet, not two separate ones, just a thought...Always good quality stuff from Swell and willbuy again.

Great to have the underlay provided. Liner worked well for the site, provided it is properly prepared.

I now bought two of these liners with free underlay, and both have been superb quality for the price paid. We have only built two ornimental ponds with them, but they have both done a great job so far. Feel pretty strong, so hopefully will last at least the 20 years as quoted.

Fitted the liner and underlay, the underlay was harder to fit than the liner, I tried to tear an off cut and could not also put it on a sharp stone and stamped on it and it did not pierce , so appears all good so far

Good product. Does exactly what it says on the packet.

The media could not be loaded.  This was good value- as you pull it open it grows and grows! The underliner is a good idea and you can check for stray stones etc. I love my new pond!

The liner itself is of good quality but the free underlay is very thin and not great

Die Folie erschien mir stabil und ließ sich gut verlegen. In Kurven fand sich es recht knifflig es vernünftig hin zu bekommen. Mit dazu wurde ein Vlies geliefert sowie ein Reparaturset. Ich habe sowohl die Folie als auch das Vlies in meinem Hochbeet verarbeitet. Ob es wirklich hält was es verspricht kann ich jetzt nach so kurzer Zeit noch nicht beurteilen. Insbesonders bin ich auf die lange Garantie gespannt, die ich mir so nicht ganz vorstellen kann.
