DO NOT BUY this bag, the shoulder strap ripped open within 6 months.
I loved this bag I used this bag to carry my laptop for approx 7 months, I was forever singing it's praises and recommending it, I have only used this laptop bag lightly and never overfilled it, suddenly today the stitching on one of the shoulders just ripped apart.I could not recommend this bag, spend some more money on a bag that will last more than a year.

Quality backpack
I had low expectations for this bag. My coworker told me to look into getting a swiss gear bag and I ran into cross gear. I've never used products from either company. I was pleasantly surprised at how much better and stronger it felt than any other backpack I have ever touched. I like all the compartments and I'm able to fit several of my technology devices in it. It is very geared towards holding devices and accessories. Using it for clothes was not very good. I've got a few of my own unique issues. I chose this bag over swiss gear because it was advertised to be able to fit most 17 inch laptops. My Asus g750-jx was the exception to that and it doesn't fit in the backpack. That would have really helped me consolidate bags on some trips, but oh well. The battery charger holder thing is a really cool idea, but it's very limited and I think it can be remedied in future products with better design. I could fit my 10,000 mah battery into the pocket, but connecting a charging cable resulted in the connector protruding out past the zipper, resulting in the back being either unable to close or closing with significant pressure applied to the connector and cable. I can get past this myself by looking for a cable with a low profile or maybe right angle connector, but cross gear could have increased the distance from the pocket to the zipper when designing. Another solution would be a cable cutout in the bottom of the pocket that would allow the cable to be plugged in from the bottom of the pocket. It just seems like there is a lot of design solutions that would work and for an otherwise excellent bag, it's a little dumb that this oversight was made when so much attention seems to have been placed in other areas of the bag. Overall, I am very happy with this bag and glad I bought it.

Love it
Use it for my daily work which requires me to carry a lot if stuff. This bag solved my problem, there is one thing and it would be perfect is that the side net pockets should've been bigger since there is a pocket next to it and if you use it the net pockets would become difficult to use to store drink mugs in it

Fits Large Laptops Very well, lots of Space, Great Features, Little Niggles
I'm gonna base this on the first week of use for this backpack so far.The largest pocket fits my 17.3" laptop very well. While the holding area inside the pocket is too small to fit it, the pocket itself fits it very well. I don't blame this on the design of the backpack as my laptop base is rather thick. All my stuff is able to fit in it without feeling like I have to maneuver everything or it will get disorganised. That's a huge plus. The one gripe that I have about it is in the holding area for the portable charger. The one that I have is a long rectangular version that holds about 20000amh, which unfortunately will not fit in the slot given as it was made for ones that are more square shaped. I may attempt to modify this but that's the biggest problem I have with it so far, and it's not that significant. If you have a portable charger pack that's longer than it is wide, you probably won't be able to hold it in the pocket. In terms of build quality, it feels sturdy for the most part but I am noticing some threads starting to come off inside with some of the straps. This is nothing bad so far but if something falls off within the first month of ownership I'll have to rescind some of the praise I have for this bag. For the time being though, it's a great buy and I'd highly recommend it.

Please note, this backpack is fake. But, if you asked me would I buy it again, I say Yes, I do and I am buying it right now I am writing the review comments. But, you have to except that the interior wire of USB is not durable. It's fake. It’s breaking easily and there’s no way to open there and repair. Throw it, but another one, if you can.

Durable
I had to put this bag to the test before reviewing. So far, so good. After weekly machine washing and line drying; all zippers and straps are in tact, no holes, no rips in the lining. Still going strong, definitely worth the price.
