I purchased these to make it easier for me to put the lights on the Christmas tree. I have previously tried wrapping the lights onto the tree. I have tried using bread twist ties. While these worked, they were time consuming. Not so with these. I put a bunch in my pocket. I positioned the light where I wanted it, took one out of my pocket, and clamped the light to the branch. No twisting needed. Just one quick motion and I was on to the next light. 799 more clamps and my tree lighting was done.These feel sturdy like they will last for years. In all honesty, when they wear out, I will be buying more to replace them. They are economically priced right. The dark green color makes them almost disappear in the green of the life like artificial tree. I'm glad I made this purchase.
