Didn't fit as described. Had to return. Emaks was excellent to work with. I had already ordered the correct battery via Amazon so when Emaks offered to send me a new battery I decided that I didn't need a spare battery. I will order from them again when the need arises

I bought this battery to save me from buying a new computer. Mine is fairly old and the battery didn’t hold a charge. When i received the item, I changed the battery very carefully- making sure that I would not tamper with other parts inside my computer. When I booted it back up, it ran diagnostics and informed me that the hard drive was fried, while there were no problems with the hard drive before changing the battery. After reading things online, I found that it is likely that the new battery shocked the system of my computer and fried the hard drive. My computer doesn’t work at all now.

As of right now, I am absolutely a very happy customer. I'm still slightly iffy about it's capacity, but it's certainly better than the battery it is replacing. I did have to get my battery replaced from Emaks, but it was handled quickly and it is without question the best customer service experience i've had in quite some time.The new battery reads correctly and is holding up very well. it still does seem a bit flimsy compared to the factory Dell battery, but for less than half the price Dell wants, i'm not complaining.I highly recommend this as a budget replacement.

This battery will not work with Dell Laptops. We bought it, have to return it, and we had to buy a genuine Dell battery.

It works just as well as the official DELL battery, and, obviously, is a lot cheaper.
