Good dual monitor add -on
I have 3 monitors, but only a graphics card for an HDMi & VGA connection. MY PC is using win 7, and has no usb 3, so screen display was default of 800x600So connected a HDMI tv to the pc via this connector, sets screen to 800x600, but lets me play sound - youtube videos through it. Then used a spare VGA cable to connect the hdmi tv instead, and got better and more screen use.Installation was easy, just connect dual monitor device to tv/spare monitor, then connect to PC, and automatic installation starts, if not, the dual connector has the software on it, so just click on the device that appears in 'My Computer'.Paper Documentation included.Windows 10 - Connect to a 3.0 usb port, and allowed my 2nd hdmi connected monitor to reach its maximum screen resolution, graphics were cool, and detailed, I use stock trading software, and the graphics were really fast updating, and detailed.

Not for extending PC desktops.
The ports work, but you can't use both ports at the same time independently.I also was unable to set up the monitor connected to this adapter such that my PC desktop was extended across multiple monitors.If you're looking to extend your desktop across multiple monitors, I'd advise spending a little more to get something that plays nice with Windows.

Not that good
This adapter has 2 x HDMI slots but this is of no benefit as it is not a Thunderbolt 3 connector - therefore it mirrors the same screen - pointless.This unit would be great if it was a Thunderbolt 3 as it has other connections that reduce the number of adapters you need.

Finally, one that works
Tried many for the business as 2 screens off laptops has became the norm. So far so good! I have found any adapters with the FL driver available on them, seem to work best. This is one of them.

Just works!
Works perfectly. Just valid to point out: of you plug both hdmi and VGA cable they will both seen as only one external monitor by the computer, therefore the imagine will always be duplicated, never extended.

Why doesn't it work????
don't know why it fits my PC YOGA LENOVA and the HDMI plugs at the various locations I'm required to present --but it hasn't worked yet!

Works well but I do often have to restart my computer to engage a screen
