DuofoldMen's Mid Weight Wicking Thermal Pant

I've been using these nearly 24/7 now for the past 6 mos. Tried other brands, incl. "base layer," expensive name brands, double-weave, etc., these are the only ones that actually kept me warm enough. Although the fit is close to what you would expect for an average-sized (not medically fit size) person, they do stretch in diameter over time, so buy them one size under unless you are tall and then I think you would have to put up with the ankle cuffs too high for you anyway.The ankle cuffs do not have stretch fabric, but I have never had difficulty with them stretching and they fit snugly (not at all tight) on or just above my ankles. The main fabric is very soft and fell very nice, but it does pill just a tiny bit over about 50 washes (insignificant amt). Turn them inside-out to allow your loose body hairs to be removed.I have compared them to Carhartt medium-weight base layer, which didn't keep me warm at all. I do wish they weren't as baggy, like all long underwear the crotch is just a bit low, but I haven't found one that works for me otherwise. According to the other reviews of all long underwear, the size may not factor in the length (sorry tall/short people).

I'm 5' 11" and 200 lbs. I chose the XL because Amazon recommended it based on my past purchases. I have to say that the material is great. The quality is on point. The waist and legs are big enough around. But they are about 3 inches too short in the legs. I may as well be wearing capris. We called these high waters when I was growing up. I'll try the XXL and hope they aren't too large around the waist.

I'm 6'1" 205, normally a 34x34 Jean; Large was the right fit.Snug enough to fit under fairly tight jeans without them feeling too tight.I feel like the waistband could be a bit tighter, and even better, a 2 or 3 inch band instead of the 1.25" that these have. I'd pay extra for that. So, minus a star.We'll see if the waistband holds up and stays put during hikes.Comfortable feel and seem like they'll be warm enough and breathable without getting sweaty hot feeling. I've yet to try them in 20s 30s or 40s weather. If i find they don't help in those temp ranges, I'll update.I like them enough that I'll probably get another legging or 2 and try their other products.

Comfortable durable long johns.

The product is well made - very warm and soft without adding too much bulk. Unfortunately, if you have long legs, the length will be very short. On me, they don't quite pull down to the top of my socks. With that said, they did provide a nice "extra layer" to take some of the bite out of the cold on the days when I had to shovel snow.

I first bought my ladies Doufold's back in the early 80's and still love them. So when my husband needed some everyday long johns for under his jeans I was thrilled to find Doufold's for him on Amazon. They are super comfortable, wash and dry easily, last for years. I would call them light to medium layering warmth. I am not usually a brand shopper but for these I won't get anything else.

This is a good quality underlayer. It fits very well and comfortable. I work outdoors and this product is very welcome.

36 inch waist order xl. This is not for longer legs. Short legs

Needed a pair for when it gets cold and these are 60% cotton/40% polyester . Finely knit and soft material yet durable. Very short! At 6 ft. 3 in., I thought getting a men's size would add leg length. Not so . But winter socks with high cuffs will work. I ordered Medium . Perfect for slim, 130lb, athletic build. These feel good up to minus 10 C but no more. I'm good with that as I have merino wool ones for colder outdoor weather.

Right after receiving the product, I felt much better when stroking the material. However, after wearing it just about 4 or 5 days, I found that many small fiber balls on the surface. So, it's so bad. I will not buy it again.

Seemed like a great product but first wash and they shrank CONSIDERABLY - lost inches in length and much tighter on him now.
