I had a little problem with the scale and I sent the email about service.After then technician called me and listen tome about scale status and instruct me one by one.Finally all set.I am very surprised that they are very nice and trustful.

3 rejected by hawaii state weights and measures as inaccurate.
not legal for trade in hawaii after 3 tested by state of hawaii weights and measures.

Missing batteries
The product description clearly lists that rechargeable batteries are includes. There none in the package I just received. Also noticed display cuts out parts of characters when displaying the unit, not sure if this is normal. We will try it for the week and see and also hope we can contact customer service for the batteries.
