Warm wife, Happy wife
Let’s just say the wife slept with them on this past winter. Will stock up on extra batteries. Used them on a new years ride and her hands stayed warm for the entire 6 hour ride. Great product and would recommend to anyone. Socks are next.

Finally, inexpensive heated gloves that keep me warm!
After searching for years for good, reasonable cost heated gloves, these Snow Deer gloves are great! I've worn them at least a dozen times now here in the Colorado Rockies, and they have been near perfect. They keep my hands toasty at 30 degrees on the lowest setting. At wind chills of 10-15 degrees, i'm still toasty alternating between the medium and high setting. Today, was the real test, as they kept my warm for over three hours at 9 degrees, real feel.Dexterity is not bad and definitely better than any kind of mittens. I find my hands sometimes sweat a little in the soft fuzzy lining, but silky thin glove liners solve that nicely and add a little more warmth.Awesome!

Excellent customer service
I bought a pair of these gloves for skiing. They work really well. The battery life is phenomenal. I did have one glove that tore right on a seam in the thumb. I contacted customer service for Snow Deer and they cheerfully sent me a full replacement. Not just a new glove, but a pair of gloves, batteries and charger. So, now I have 2 sets of batteries for my gloves.

Nice gloves but ridiculous fit, chump batteries - UPDATE - Great service
I am standing by my 2-star review of the product below but I am giving Bai Lu two stars for exemplary customer service. Within 24 hours of me writing the review below Bai Lu contacted me and offered replacement batteries or a complete refund. I opted for the refund and it was issued with another day. It is not very many vendors that will reach out to make a customer happy and I will acknowledge it when it happens. Well done, Bai Lu!I bought a pair of these gloves in size XXL and they were just a bit too small: all of my fingers bottomed out in the gloves and the hand was fairly tight. No way I could drive my bike with these. I returned the XXL and ordered XXXL. This pair the fingertips were at minimum 1/2" longer than my fingers and the thumb was a full inch too long.I have bought a lot of gloves over the years: riding gloves, work gloves and even dress gloves. Never have I seen this much variation between sizes.I have worn the too-large gloves a few mornings now in temperatures about 30F. They kept my fingers plenty warm but with all that extra glove hanging off of my fingers they do not feel safe. Now to add insult to injury one of the batteries will not hold a charge: it is dry within 10 minutes.

Very good gloves
After returning the XXL sized gloves and ordering size XL, the fit better. Although they are tight around my hands, I think they will be warm enough; I succeeded in stretching them out a little. The stretching also seems to have reduced the slightly excessive finger lengths as well. Both pairs of gloves are black with two thin lines of white piping across the backs, which I prefer to the red backs shown in the order page images. The tiny red charging and green completely-charged lights on the battery charger also work well. (You have to look very carefully to find them as they are tiny, about the size of the head on a straight pin. You will find them on the lower left corner of the charger when it is plugged in.)

I really wanted to like these gloves.
They're reasonably warm, the materials seem to be high quality, and the stitching looks to be well done. The inside is nice and soft.But. The fit is really weird. In most gloves, I wear a men's size small. But after measuring my hand, I decided to order medium in these. But even the medium fits very tight across the back of my hand. Tight enough to be uncomfortable after a little bit of time. And while the hand is tight, the fingers are WAY too long. I wore them to back one car out of the driveway, and the fingers hit the wiper stalk several times just in that brief usage. Then I drove for about 30 minutes in my other car, and managed to accidentally hit the turn signal stalk and wiper stalk multiple times. I guess if you have slender hands and long fingers these would fit well, but they don't fit me.

UPDATED - Really work for Renaud's and neurological problems in the hands
I purchased these for my husband for Christmas. He suffers from nerve problems in his hands that cause extreme sensitivity to cold. He's worn these a number of times now when snow blowing and has been really happy with the fact that they keep not just his hands but his finger tips warm without any problem at all. Highly recommend them to anyone that has Renaud's or problems in terms of cold sensitivity. Extremely good gloves.Update:My husband has had these now almost a year and they are still going strong. Highly recommend them. He has not had one problem with them and it happy that the batteries are so easily accessible for charging. The gloves are just awesome.UPDATE: 2 yearsMy husband has had these gloves now for 2 years and they still perform as if brand new. He's have absolutely no problem with them at all. The batteries charge great and the heating elements in the gloves are still as strong as they were when they were new. The heating of the gloves is so good that at time my husband needs to take them off because they actually get to hot.UPDATEMy husband is going into his 5th winter with these gloves and they are still going strong. He has not had one problem with them since I gave them to him for Christmas in 2018. And the batteries are the original batteries that came with the gloves. They still have no problem holding a charge. He couldn't be any happier with them. Assuming they have not changed anything in terms of materials and/or design, I would highly recommend them.
