Exactly as pictured 💜
The bike is a gift for my granddaughter, and she LOVES it!!! I am pretty handy with tools, but having said that, be aware that the box it arrived in clearly states that it should be assembled by a professional, and the instructions were not specifically for the bike I bought.. so you have to figure out what type of seat , wheels and most importantly brakes you have. And you will need a tire pressure gauge and bike pump, because the tires have to be inflated to a specific PSI. Also, if you read the AI generated information about ease of assembly, know that there are NO TOOLS included as it says.. the box does not state that tools are included.. so I’m not sure where that information came from. Aside from that, it’s a very sturdy bike, the seat height is adjustable so as your child grows taller, the bike can grow with them. Stability with the training wheels in place is really good. I would definitely recommend this bike.. but if you are not mechanically inclined, be prepared to have someone else put it together.

Great little bike with a good value
Color : TealStyle : 18 inchBought it for my 6 years old daughter. The assembly was very minimal and it took 25 - 30 mins to assemble the entire bike with minimal tools. The IKEA toolbox is sufficient to assemble the entire thing. Compared to other bikes it's very comfortable for her to ride. The teal color looks absolutely beautiful. Now about the customer service, while assembling I noticed the back reflector was broken, never bothered to return just for a reflector bought couple of them from Amazon which doesn't fit (the diameter size was matching), the diameter was either too small or little big and not fitting. After returning both finally called Schwinn support mentioned in product support from Amazon order details. The call took a while to connect but once I was able to talk to then and mentioned the model number they sent the reflectors within next 3 days. So I believe they'll support and stand behind their product.Like the fact that it comes with a side stand and both the hand brakes. It is priced on little higher side but it is sturdily built, stable, assembly is very easy, very comfortable to ride and looks absolutely amazing. My daughter absolutely loves it to ride and we are happy with our purchase.

Brakes are hard to put on the bike
I had to take it to the bike store to finish assembly

Read instructions carefully, but bike itself works well
Pros: Assembly was manageable with the right tools and lots of re-reading. All parts arrived with bikes as anticipated. Bike is solid, and has a simple adjustable seat. All the bolts needed came pre-attached, some which had to be removed to put various parts on the bike, but it helped knowing which bolts belonged where. Bike is easy to ride, peddles work well, steers good. Wheels came fully inflated.Cons: Directions were a bit confusing because it was for a few styles of the same bike. For example, two different types of training wheel, which are not attached the same way on the instructions. Made putting the bike together confusing because I had to keep checking to figure out which bike I had, as that was not clear.Overall, happy with the bike, glad it's fully put together now. Felt the price was a bit much, but was happy to find a 18 inch bike with training wheels.

Not perfect, but good
The bike is overall in good shape, but not perfect. For example, no matter how much I adjust brake cables, the brake pads will always rub slightly against the wheels. This makes pedaling difficult when traveling uphill or not on concrete. Overall, not a deal breaker for a cheap bike delivered to my door, but when my kid realizes that her bike isn't supposed to be that difficult to pedal, she will probably be angry :)

Solid Bicycle
We liked the bike which was one size smaller. Our child out grew that bike, so we bought the next size up. After two months, the bike is holding up well, as expected.

Came used/damaged, difficult to reliably align
It was not immediately apparent we were purchasing used, but that wasn’t that big of a deal until we saw the quality of work here. There were multiple damages to the bike including a smashed reflector, bent/dirty basket, and markings/dent on the wheel. Even worse, you can’t seem to get this bike to stay in alignment. The front tire is crooked on the frame and the bolts won’t stay tightened. As a result my child had an extremely hard time navigating this bike safely, found it extremely difficult to keep upright. We made numerous adjustments but it’s junk. The tires lose air quickly as well. Maybe it’s fine for use with training wheels but I would not put my child on this bike again.

Great bike! Daughter loves it!
I feel sorry for everyone who received broken or missing pieces because this is a great bike. Thankfully, we didn't have any issues and it was fairly straight forward to put it together. Be aware though, the front and rear brakes should be manually inspected and adjusted after putting the bike together to make sure they are working properly. I had to youtube on how to do this and it took a few tries to get them right, but once everything was dialed in, it worked great. My daughter is 5 and maybe 43" tall, but since she was able to ride her brother's 18" bike without a problem we got her the same size. She can barely tip-toe when the seat is all the way down, but she's had no issues getting off and on and that's after only riding without training wheels on her old 14" bike for 2 weeks. Now, all she wants to do is ride her new bike everyday.
