Grass, dogs and probably loads of other stuff seems to trigger sinus pain and make me feel like I have a chest infection. My doctor advised taking something, with either Loratadine or other drug that I forget, some years ago during a very bad hay fever season.The pharmacy had all the well known brands but they suggested these which were much cheaper. Amazon are an even better bulk price.They do seem to help relieve symptoms but I think they make me drowsy if I come in contact with somethings like freshly cut grass.
