nuLOOMMackie Moroccan Tasseled Shag Area Rug, 7x9, Off-White

I love this rug. It came wrapped great . No issues at all unwrapping it. I was worried about the chemical smell mentioned in other reviews but mine did not smell at all! It laid out flat and is very soft even without rug pad it serves the purpose I needed it for! The color and design is nice and I love the tassels . Overall I am very happy I took a chance and purchased this rug.

The main reasons I went with this rug are because it fits my boho theme, it's a good size that actually provides functionality (I picked the 4'x6' option), and the price didn't break the bank. When it arrived, I was thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. Not only is it the perfect size for my dorm room, but it looks absolutely beautiful. The off-white is the perfect boho shade and the tassels on the edges are just enough to blend into the feel of the room without being gaudy. The texture is great too; I really wanted a shag rug but was scared a rug at this price-point would be rough and stiff--this one definitely isn't! The shag is the perfect length without getting in the way, and is also soft enough to be able to walk on it barefoot without feeling like your toes are being sanded off. All around excellent purchase!!!!

I couldn’t be happier with this rug! Although ordering something online and having it delivered to your door is easy, it’s not always what your hoping for when you get it. This was definitely not the case here. We’re using it in our nursery room so we wanted something soft and plush. This is both! Even with the reviews saying it was soft I was skeptical but it really is super soft and comfy on the feet. I think our little guy will enjoy rolling around on it when he arrives in a couple months! The color, like it says, is off white and the pattern is not quite black, more of a dark charcoal. I was actually wanting a white or cream rug with black pattern but this is perfect and the pattern is bold but beautiful! These photos were also taken right after I rolled it out and fluffed it up so it lays pretty flat out of the package. Two thumbs up! I’m rambling because I can’t say enough about it, but if you’re looking for quality, comfort, style, and affordability...this is your rug!

I really like this rug, but I wanted it in cream with green stitching and that is what I ordered and I received cream with gray stitching

I am giving this a zero rating( it made me at least do a star to submit my review). I am so upset with the damaged product I received. I did a lot of shopping around before deciding on this rug. I was looking for something to finish out our baby nursery and was anxiously waiting For its arrival. The moment I started to cut into the plastic wrapping around the rug I smelt an overwhelming mold/mildew smell. I quickly realized that the rug was wet and decided to not finish opening the product, knowing I would have to go through the trouble of returning the rug. I didn’t want to have to seal it back up. After looking closer I can see through the wrapping that mold is growing on all the tassels (I am sure there is mold everywhere but all I can see is the tassels) I had to immediately take the rug into the garage because it was making the house smell like mold. I am so frustrated that I have to go through the trouble of returning it and even more upset that I am back on the hunt for a rug. Don’t go through the trouble of ordering this. I recommend buying something like this in person to ensure the quality of product.

I LOVE THIS RUG!! I saw a rug in a similar pattern on Instagram and searched high and low to find one like it. it arrived quickly, packaged in plastic with cardboard at the ends to protect it. Upon unpacking there wasn’t any smell. I used some hand weights on the corners for the first few days to help it lie flat. Eventually the tassels laid flat too. So far three months later the tassels have not come undone (amazingly, the cats have not been interested in destroying them, either!). The shag is just the perfect height and thickness to vacuum with a beater brush. My dog barfed on it and it cleaned up really easy with a little bleach on the white part. It’s kind of an off white with dark blue/grey pattern. Looks great in my mid century themed living room. I love it so much I’m buying more rugs from NuLOOM.

This area rug is totally worth the price, very comfortable to walk on and looks amazing in my living room. Strongly recommend.

It totally blew me away. It’s more than what I expected . The colour is a cream or ivory with a dark grey pattern.The pattern is not too much so it goes great with everything.Vacuum the rug without the beater and stands well.I am very happy with this purchase.

10/10 rug. really elevates my living room for a low cost. comfy and easy to clean, plus non slip which the dog loves!

Nice rug, but not as plush as expected. Kind of pricey to have not felt fuller but it is still relatively soft! Another thing I didn’t like was that instead of being 3 “diamonds” as pictured it was 4... not as balanced of a look and it altered the overall proportions. That being said, it does still match the living room decor well and I like it enough to keep. On another note- the shipping was terrible! It was prime and took over a month. I reached out twice after the “expected date” came and went and I never heard a response!
