Taming the Kundalini

easy reading and informative
this book being in the form of letters to the student is good as you can read one and think then read another and develop as apparently the student did

Just OK
This is NOT a guide to taming the kundalini as I'd expected, it is merely a one sided letter writing of the "guru" to his student, you can get glimpses of what its like from the answers the guru sends to the student, but you dont get to see the questions the student poses, nor any insight into the students real true progress, his/her ups and downs...Sucha pity

for advanced readers only
so far i haven't come to grips with the terminology and the practise of yoga. it's a little bit disappointing for a westerner not initiated in the world of indian yoga and their way of thinking.

Excellent book!!!
Reading through the book I almost felt that I was having a dialogue with a guru who addresses all obstacles that one would run into during the course of the book.

Random crutch, used by those alone in the light ...
Random crutch, used by those alone in the light of a new day. Is worth owning for those in a living in Hell. Divine as to whether you are used by the powers of light/Noir or darkness/Blanc. To those unknown find the primitive God in The Pineal Gland Right Hind Brain, Jesus in The Pituatory Gland Left Hind Brain. The Reptile exists. Your Snake will turn into The Staff of Suns, Moons and Stars.

Okay
Kundalini Tantra by same author is better. It covers a larger aspect of Kundalini Shakthi and other experiences. This is ok.
