Harper Trucks JDCJ8523 3-1 Quick Change Convertible Hand Truck, 500 lb, Black Frame/Blue Handle

I want to like this. I am going to give it another shot. However, my first delivery is not acceptable.As you can see on the picture, one of the wheel (made out of plastic) came broken. I aligned tire myself by stepping on, but obviously with broken wheel this cart likely wouldn't be able to stand against anything that is heavy.Not sure if the item was damaged prior to shipping or during shipping. Packaging looked a bit sloppy on this particular item. The item itself came in fully assembled.Hopefully I can update this review after getting hands on with a working one.< UPDATE >I have received my replacement cart. Thankfully the wheels are intact. I will be moving shortly so will get to test out the cart well. However, I am seriously concerned with packaging of this cart. The box (again) is well tattered when it was found on my door. There are some strong metal constructions on this cart but wheel bases are plastic and I am not sure if they can take many beatings from angle which they are not suppose to hold against. I would advise company to seriously beef up the protection especially around the cart wheels otherwise they will likely get many returns due to broken wheel pieces. The working cart looks functional - bumping rating to 3 star for time being.

This is a review for - Harper Trucks JDCJ8523 3-1 Quick Change Convertible Hand Truck, 500 lbGood tires and not much else to say on the positive.The major problem was the frame build that is shaky. The ability to convert into a hand truck doesn't work very well and is the cause of the shakiness. The bolts that are part of the convertible mechanism are constantly pushing and scratching another part on the frame. I have no idea why they designed the product this way and eventually if I didn't return the item I would have ended up with a rusty dolly. I should have taken photos of the fault before the photos were sent back. I can't recommend this product.

This is a really decent hand truck. I bought it for the 3 in 1 feature but I must say the biggest benefit was the extra bottom piece that folds down to extend the bottom bracket. This let me lift and move big, heavy boxes with ease. It was especially helpful with moving plastic tubs. It even worked well going across my lawn to get to the moving truck.It comes fully assembled right out of the box - ready to use.Well constructed and easy to use! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is moving a lot of boxes

I got two of these, they are extremely handy, I an carry a lot of things when I make it a cart, and they can hold a lot of weight. I will most definitely recommend it. It's got solid tired and the kind of ground at my house ir dirt and it's very bumpy, but I can carry thing on that uneven soil with no problems at all.The price is great, I had been checking many dollys online and they were expensive, the tires were not durable, and had to be inflated with air, etc. I gave a shot to this one as the description seemed great, but I got to say that it's even greater when you use the product and you get the results you were expecting. I move heavy stuff on a weekly basis, every month, so it's really worth it

Thought this would need to be assembled; came completely assembled. Very impressed with the quality of this dolly. Liked that it has 3 different settings. Easy to figure out.

The only thing I would change about this great product is the ability to have something hook over the open holes so nothing drops through making it more versatile. Other than that it did a great job moving me from one place to another! I really like the 3 positions, most only give you two positions. Definitely recommend and best past it is made in AMERICA!!!

The package came opened and the dolly is all banged up. The dolly itself is fairly easy to maneuver, but there are places, such as where the small wheels on the handle part meet the middle part when upright....and where the mechanism is to change positions...that hit together - metal on metal.Smaller than my last dolly, but that's okay! I think aside from the aforementioned issues, it is likely going to be a pretty decent dolly.

As soon as I opened the box I came across with the damaged tire. I don't know if this is Amazon or the carrier's fault but I don't understand how an order can get shipped without any quality control like that. Returning as I write this. Otherwise the item seemed good and easy to operate with 4 functions.

es facil de utilizar, cumple con la funcion, pero al momento de convertirlo o cambiar de posicion los seguros que deben mantenerlo firme tienen mucha holgura y eso permite que se mueva mucho no queda fijo o con la rigidez necesaria que te debe dar un aparato como este ya que cargas cosas pesadas y ese juego no te da la suficiente confianza.

Product is well done. Solid, practicle but in 45 degree position, it's way to small. Which means you have 2 positions out of 3
