What a well done book!! Bought for a 3 and 4 year old boys in attempt to keep them entertained and quiet in church. They really seemed to enjoy flipping thru it, tho they didn’t quite get the idea of making interesting mixes. They got more excited when they got each section of a dog opened at the same time. The book is rather large for little ones, so you might need to help hold it while the child flips thru pages. Pages are rather thick, so it should hold up. The cover is board- so should help it last as well. Great illustrations!

My daughter loved these books as a child ~ I have purchased them again and again for nieces, nephews and friend's children and grandchildren. The book is entertaining, surprising, funny.. and so very nicely done. A solid book with beautiful illustrations. A total winner!!

received a Used Library edition. I had hoped to give this as a gift, but what I received had numerous markings on several pages and a torn cover.

Toddler Loves the title and series. He has this and two other books with dinosaurs and mammoths. Hardy and well made. Highly recommend. I'm sure he will continue to Love it asv he learns to read.

Bought this as a gift for our niece for Christmas. When we received it I was instantly obsessed with it. My niece loved it too.

This book is SO fun! We are a dog loving family and love learning about different beeeds. That’s what inspired me to buy this book! Got this for my daughter for Christmas and all her siblings from 2-10 like playing with this fun book! Definitely reccomend it!

My boys (2, 4, 5) all LOVE this book!! I’ll put it away for a few weeks then pull it out again and it’s like a brand new toy every time. They love mixing new dogs and they will look at it over and over again. When they are tired of it, I’ll put it up for a few weeks then bring it back out and once again it’ll keep them entertained.
