Back Buddy Knee Pillow - Supports Knees Hips & Legs

This does what it says it will do but doesn't do a great job for me. After trying a few knee pillows my favorite is none of them. The problem is they are all either too thick or two thin. This one by itself is too thin for me. It worked fine as a supplement to a thicker knee pillow but it's a bit annoying to have to keep two knee pillows in place at the same time. I've found a normal somewhat thin down pillow gives you more flexibility to add or take away thickness when desired.

I have bursitis in my left hip that is so bad, some days it feels like a hot coal. I had a cortisone shot and expected relief (it worked on the right side), but was disappointed. Saw this back buddy knee pillow and thought, why not? At first, I was afraid it wouldn't provide enough support, but it actually does. I use it with the included pillow case. It does make me overly warm at times, but that's of little note. If you have hip pain on the outside of your hip, this just could be the answer you're looking for.

My wife used to sleep with a pillow between her legs because her lower back would hurt. A lot of the times the pillow would end up on my side and I would have to move it. I bought this because it was smaller and hoped it would stay on her side. Well, not only does it stay on her side, but it stays between her knees. The first night she said it really worked and she loved it although she thought I was nuts when I bought it. The only issue we have with it is the cover that comes with it doesn't fit well but you can always use a regular pillow case.

My husband calls this my 'miracle pillow' as it really works. It stays in place even when I move from side to side which means that I wake up less often. I have chronic low back pain which causes me to have difficulty sitting and sleeping. I have no pain at all in my lower back when I have the knee pillow in place and I sleep comfortably without pain.I would recommend that anyone with lower back pain try this product, It is definitely worth trying as it might just help!

we purchase back buddy knee pillow because husband had back surgery, to him it made it worse,may not be for everyone they do have excellent customer service will not complain there. the product is nice ,wish it could have helped him.

Bought this and used it a while. Didn't really notice anything better than using just a normal pillow.Does the job I suppose, but a normal pillow will achieve the same purpose.Don't waste your money - just use a pillow!

I've been using a 'buddy' for years. My old one needed to be replaced, so I purchased this on. It is a bit smaller than my old one, but it works just as good. Keeps my knees from knocking together (knee problems) and back aligned (back problems). I sleep, so much better with my 'buddy'.

Cover that comes with it is low, low end quality. More like paper.
