Amazing to help make mealtimes fun
This is a very fun product for our retriever. She is very smart so I knew she would be able to figure it out within minutes. But I still wanted to give her something to make her eat slower (even slow bowl wasnt much useful). Also encourages her to use her nose more which is mentally stimulating so helps in her anxiety. Also she is picky eater and would rather have nothing if not human food. So its a fun way for her to eat and self reward rather than boring bowl. But we have to keep it rotational as giving every meal in this would bore her quickly.

My dogs loved it
My dogs are all indies and very smart. They could figure this out in couple of minutes but it was engaging for them. I will try to collect other puzzles from the same brand

Too easy
My pup cracks it in seconds. Could work as reward, but not as a brain game

Good quality and excellent concept to keep them engaged
The media could not be loaded. Bought for her Birthday as a gift she loves it and really enjoys the puzzle. A must have for mind simulation activity. Overall excellent!

Good quality, intresting game, very easy for husky
Product looks in good quality, intresting game but definitely not intermediate level for a husky, more like very easy and "give me that damn easy food game" hahaI get this for my husky to keep her occupied while lying in bed after surgery. Well, first time she saw me placing the treats inside, she needed no more teaching. She pushed my hand away and within 2 min, all treats was gone! I need to find now extra extra advance level for this mastermind! :(

Fantastic
This thing is great. Our dog is pretty clever so he usually works it out fast but it takes him a good ten minutes and slows down his eating!

Hardy toy for my staffy!
My dog loves it! We have almost the whole range of these toys now and this is one of his favourites. He's a heavy chewer and tends to brute force puzzles into submission but this one, after getting battered initially, survived well. I thought he may pull out some of the fish tails but they're very well put together and didn't budge upward. All in all, I think a good puzzle for any dog and my staffy/hippo approves of this message!

Nina Ottosson Dog Puzzle: Engaging Fun with a Learning Curve
As a dog owner always on the lookout for engaging toys to keep my furry friend entertained, I recently tried out the Nina Ottosson by Outward Hound Dog Hide N' Slide Tan Interactive Treat Puzzle Dog Toy. Overall, I found it to be a decent option for mental stimulation, although it comes with a bit of a learning curve.Firstly, I appreciate the quality construction of the puzzle. It's made of durable materials that can withstand some chewing and pawing from my dog. The sliding pieces and compartments are well-designed, and the whole setup feels sturdy and reliable. However, I found that my dog took some time to figure out how to use the puzzle effectively. While it's advertised as suitable for dogs of all ages and sizes, some dogs may require more guidance and training to understand how to access the hidden treats. It's not necessarily a negative point, but it's something to consider, especially for dogs who are new to interactive toys.Once my dog got the hang of it, though, he seemed to enjoy the challenge. Watching him work out the puzzle and use his problem-solving skills was rewarding, and it's clear that the toy provides mental stimulation and keeps him entertained. One thing to note is that the puzzle can be a bit tricky to clean thoroughly, especially if wet treats or slobber get inside the compartments. However, with some patience and a bit of effort, it's manageable.Overall, while the Nina Ottosson Dog Hide N' Slide puzzle may not be immediately intuitive for all dogs, it's a well-made and engaging toy that provides mental stimulation and encourages problem-solving. With a bit of patience and training, it can become a valuable addition to your dog's toy collection.

I have a chow hound - aka Labrador found all food in less than 30 seconds
the puzzle itself is very sturdy. It withstands my giant puppy's claws and brute force. He doesn't always use his nose.... I load it up every morning while he eats breakfast and when he comes back inside this is his first stop. Though not very challenging, he enjoys playing with the puzzle and loves eating the kibble inside.
