Fencing Shoes for Foil and Epee and Saber CLOSEOUT MODEL

These are not high-end fencing shoes. But they are extremely reasonably priced shoes that are quite suitable for a beginner. They are fairly lightweight, and offer ankle support for lunging. My son who had been fencing in regular running sneakers says that they help his footwork. His coach also said they seemed decent and were a great deal for the low price. We could not find comparably priced shoes anywhere else. (They were offered with free shipping when we got them -- with the current shipping fee, they're not such an unmatchable bargain anymore, unfortunately.)Because my son was between sizes, I ordered 2 pairs. He ended up needing the larger pair, and there was another young man in our fencing club with slightly smaller feet who ended up purchasing the smaller pair from us, since they were such a great price (and they happened to fit him).

We lucked out with these. My son is just a 2nd year fencer, but these are so much better than regular tennis shoes! They protect the tops of his feet from bruising, and the inner ankle support seems to have helped him to fence better! We are very pleased with what we got for the price.

these shoes are not super-fancy but are good for their job, and a very good buy for their price - recommend

These shoes have helped my daughter's footwork immensely. They are what she needed to get to the next level in her fencing.
