The media could not be loaded.  Just received the ball today, is replacing one with blue shell and LEDs that I've had for a couple of years from another maker, which has the string to start and has gotten sloppy, noisy, and difficult to get going. The new ball is super easy to start, makes less noise, and has the great different colored LEDs to help tell how fast you are going. It's a real challenge getting it up to the white/pink speed, and I'm not sure I've gotten it up to the top level yet.Just a note about the wind-up start: you must have the opening of the ball facing directly upwards to start winding it up; it has a gravity latch to engage the winding mechanism. Once it's engaged and you're winding it up, it can be tilted in another direction while winding.The counter is very difficult to remove, and they've made it so you pretty much can't change the batteries for it; you have to remove some very tiny screws (which I haven't done), so I don't know if they can be replaced, or if you have to buy a new counter for the ball when they finally expire.The rubber band around the equator of the ball is translucent, unlike many other balls, so you don't lose the effect of the LEDs lighting up like with other balls; many of them have opaque black bands,so you lose much of the effect. I took the band off my old one so I could see the LEDs better.All in all, very happy with this ball! Highly recommended!

Exercise instructions would have been nice

For a knockoff this is pretty good. Lights up depending on how fast you get the ball rolling. Have issues with the digital display tho. Doesn’t always work.

Easy to start, fun as the colors change and sound intensifies as you gain speed.

I got this to work out my arms a little at work and you could really feel it. My husband works out 5 times a week and he said the same thing. It is also a lot of fun! haha
