Found out the last review was way off! This works in A4 97-2002, A3's, Audi TT 1.8 & 3.2, VW Passat 1.8 &2.0 1.8 ,Beetle 1.8 & 2.0, as well as Range Rover's . OEM likeness & performance... not German made , however Israel produced.

Does not fit my Ausi A4
Wrong part. I ordered this for my 1.8T and it does not fit my car thanks for nothing. I will go to the dealer. Also it did not have the o-ring.......really, did you save $0.50 by not including

Finally the engine warms in cold weather.
I don’t know if the size difference is important but I shaved 1/8” off the circumference so that it was same as factory. It works beautifully.

Fits a 2001 Volkswagen Golf 2.0
Product Arrived on Time and does what it is suppose to do.The Reason the Thermostat does not come with the Grommet is because the Grommet is Part of the Thermostat Housing on a 2001 Volkswagen Golf 2.0Litre .
