Base is too light-weight so the tree is not stable.The tree arrives squished into a small box so you have to shape it by bending all the branches which are wire, but look nice.The top section of my tree did not fit into the bottom section so my tree was unusable.There is no dimmer or power switch for the lights, which are bright, you have to plug and unplug to operate.Not sure why there are negative reviews with 4 and 5 stars?I missed the return window by a few days, waiting to hear back from the seller about an exchange or return...

I ordered it because I am using it as an actual family tree prop at my Mom's 90th Birthday party. I will be hanging a picture of Mom her children, her grands, her great grands & yes even her great-great grands. When I finish there it is going in my living room.
