Incorrect Product Description, Correct Product.
These aren't *red* Catappa leaves, like most people have said, so I deducted one star for that, and reported incorrect product information to Amazon. You can do that using the link right below the product info, fyi. However, everything else was accurate. They are giant! But you can cut them down if you need to. I have a 3 gallon tank, and the directions refer to using one leaf for every 6 gallons~ "2-3 leaves for every 12 gallons".That being said, my betta doesn't care if the leaves are red or shapely and neither do I. These will last me a long time. Especially compared to the tiny leaves my local fish store sells that costs almost the same price. ($5 for three little leaves) Pictures attached. Overall, great value for the money. Just don't expect the beautiful fall leaves you see in the product picture.

The leaves are awesome. A few things I would note
The leaves are awesome. A few things I would note, they weren't red like the photo but they are huge. I tore one in half for my 5.5 gal tank and my Betta loved it! He actually made his first bubble next the day after. Great product!

Sucker fish loves them
My goal is to find a plant that my sucker fish won't eat. Haven't found one yet. I spend way more then I want to admit on plants for my aquarium. I had heard of these leaves from a true fish guy. He uses the leaves to stain the water and whenever one of his fish shows stress. Susposedly when the leaves decompose, the leaves release tannins which has antibacterial properties and also lowers the ph. I bought these leaves as one of my was showing stress and insane urban my discount site I follow. I was hopeful the sucker fish would leave it alone. Nope the garbage trucks that I call my sucker fish will eat anything.I have a 75 gallon tank but only put one leaf in since I had never used these before. The instructions said to out 1 lead per 12 gallons. As the instructions said I just put the leaf in the tank and after a few days it sank. I haven't noticed a tint yet in the tank, but my fish that looked stressed appears to be better. So I will give it a thumbs up for that.I didn't anticipate that my sucker fish would start eating it. So I give it another thumbs up for supplementing the sucker fish food.Overall 5 starsFull Discloser: I received this product for a reduced price in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. Here's how I review: 5 stars I would buy for me or as a gift at full price, 4 stars I would buy for me if on sale, 3 stars it would have to be a really good sale, 2 stars I would not buy for me but it may be good for others, 1 star I wouldn't use it even if it was free and I can't see how anyone would find it useful.

Huge, dark leaves!
These pieces are HUGE. For those with smaller tanks, get the smaller version of these leaves, as with this particular type, you'll have to cut up the huge pieces of leaves before adding them to your tank!My leaves arrived in good shape, whole with minimal breakage and possessing of rich dark hues. The release of tanins made my water color a dark yellow, but didn't cloud it, so it's a nice clear dark ochre color. My red cherry shrimp are very happy with its addition.I received this product at discount for an honest review.

I ordered red leaves but thats not what I received.
I am not convinced that the item I received are red catappa leaves. It does not say the word "red" anywhere on the package, and they are certainly not red like in the photo. These are brown - same color as all the other catappa leaves I've ever seen.

Gigantic leaves that have made my bettas very happy! I rather like the colour of the tannins in the water and I could see my fish perk up with using them. Prompt delivery and would buy again.

!Great!
Great leaves, brought down my PH when enough of them were added. Did not expect was much water coloration as there was after a week of the leaves being in there though. So beware for tank will look more natural, but the fish love it!
