I am enjoying this magazine issue page to page through page. It’s beautiful and there are so many helpful ideas and thoughts expressed in here. Wonderful job. So glad I didn’t pass it up. It’s on my altar.

So great about helping to show the many ways Stress has affected so many of us. And, even better about how we can control this. Have read this 2 times & plan to read it again. I learn more about myself & helps me change different things in my life. Whether you like Oprah or not she wants to help us & I can attest to my being helped with my life situations. Highly Recommend this.
