Full-Size Conversion Kit Bed Rails for Sorelle Crib & Changer Combos |Berkley, Brittany, Princeton/Tuscany, Sedona, Verona and Vista Elite Crib & Changer Combos (Espresso, Brittany Crib & Changer)

We struggled to find the conversion kit for our Sorelle Berkeley crib in espresso finish and found this kit on Amazon with a shorter lead time than other vendors and decided to take a chance despite mixed reviews.As others have mentioned, this conversion kit requires the special adaptors to attach to the crib body, it sadly will not function with the hooks attached to the rails since there are no slits to receive the hooks on the headboard or footboard. The biggest issue is that the required adaptors are not tooled correctly to fit the pre-drilled holes in the head/foot boards of the Berkeley model crib. The top holes are about 1/8”-1/4” too low to match up. I ended up having to drill out the top holes on all 4 adapters.After altering the adapter brackets, the remainder of the installation went as expected. We opted to buy additional slats rather than buying a box spring so that it would be easier for our toddler to get in and out of the bed and to reduce weight on the bed frame. Even with the additional slats, the bed seems a bit wobbly. I’m going to give it a few days to see how things look before screwing the slats down as we may have to shore up the head/foot for added safety.We purchased a hybrid “bed in a box” mattress that has a height/depth of 13” and once that was placed on the slats it did seem to reduce the wobble significantly and the mattress we selected fits the bed perfectly in length and width.If you don’t have access to typical household tools like a cordless drill, this project may be out of your scope. Other crib models may have better luck with fit, but I can confirm the other reviews as pertains to the Sorelle Berkeley model...the adapters are far from a perfect fit and will require adaptation, patience and a bit of elbow grease. If we didn’t need to upgrade this bed immediately, we would have returned this conversion kit and waited for the manufacturer to get it back into stock.

I am reviewing for a crib that required the included bracket set, if your crib does not need that it may function better. The bracket set has bolts with the wrong thread, the crib has a coarse 1/4 inch 20 thread so of course I had to go to the hardware store, drop $5 and find the correct bolts. Next, assembly, they designed the bracket and rails so that they cannot be in alignment with the head and foot board. Also the designed the bracket so that if you follow their instructions the bed is 1" from the floor. I inverted the bracket to raise the bed about 6". The slats basically secure the width of the bed. To make this work the rails have to be about 1" offset outside the headboard. Once assembled I rocked the bed and it was very unstable. I had to add screws and washers at each corner.Given the weak construction of the bracket the wrong thread size of the bolts it may make more sense to do this from scratch rather than spend $200 on a poorly designed frame.

The kit does not come with very detailed instructions on how to put the bed together. Initially, I thought that I was sent the wrong pieces. I reached out to the distributer and concluded that the piece that I needed was attached to a part of the bed used in phase 1 (crib). After the piece was located in a storage closet, everything went together well. Looks nice!

This part does not include the needed crib and changer conversion legs for the sorelle princeton elite . It is just the rails and slats.

Unfortunately, the parts required to complete the full bed for a Princeton model is not included. The side panel for the headboard and the foot board was not included. We were desperate to finish up the bed so we broke the supposed "side table drawer" just to complete the bed. Now we're out of a side table.I don't know if this was only a problem for the Princeton model. But I am sharing it anyway. Also, after building it together, it was a bit wobbly. I don't know if it's because we had to salvage parts, but that's our experience.

Used kit to convert crib/toddler bed to full size bed for child. Great kit. Usable for both styles of crib. Easy to install and setup.

I've looked for this conversion kit on various websites, with no luck. This one arrived on time and packaged securely. All of the parts were there, including the adapters ( I have the espresso color). The seller was great with responding to my questions. I definitely recommend this seller and product.

I had been having THE hardest time locating the conversion kit for our Sorelle crib... and those I did find were WAY overpriced! So, I was thrilled to finally find the kit here on Amazon, at an affordable price - and with quick/free shipping at that! The first kit I got did not work, but the seller made correcting the error so easy! (Truly cannot thank them enough for the assist!!) With the adapters, this kit worked perfectly for our Sorelle crib! I really just can not say enough how grateful we were to finally get our toddler's big girl bed converted. And she is really LOVING it, too!
