Dislike: McAfee does not support Amazon's version McAfee Total Protection, although they advertise that it covers all devices. I now have to buy another anti-virus software package to protect my tablet.

My 2 biggest cons are 1. the popups with the 2022 version versus the previous years occur more frequently. (not a whole lot but I just don't like things popping up unless its critical.) 2. It'd be nice if you were able to set a custom name to each installation instead of it just using the computer name. Neither of which would prevent me from renewing my license again.

Never been hacked. But, it is weird. I always buy McAfee new every year instead of using their rip off auto renew which is twice as much. Its kind of annoying that I keep getting messages that its time to renew even though I have already activated my new subscription.

I've been using McAfee for all my family's devices for years. Rather than paying their extremely high annual renewal prices I purchase this every year around Thanksgiving and use the supplied code to add on to my current subscription. I've never had any issues with the code not working and once it's added to my account all the devices already on my account are still covered without any further action from me.

The feeling of being safe on a corrupt internet is priceless. We have been buying McAfee for at least ten years. This year there was a glitch in downloading it on our computers (6), but McAfee is only a phone call a way and they go through it with you step by step.The extra 15-20 minutes of phone time is worth it for 365 days of protection for our entire family.

Since installing I have not had any harmful viruses or other, but every time it runs I loose all my cookies and have to log into websites, even though that is not my preference. I'm undecided if I will renew.

My subscription need to renew so I bought this downlead code from amazon. I call McAfee customer service by chatting with them to add a new code to my account to get one year PLUS an extra 3 MONTHS FREE. But customer service add only one year to My subscription and chatting with them Two times to add extra 3 MONTHS FREE. Then McAfee called me today to add an extra 3 MONTHS FREE . Wow the product is great McAfee® Total Protection I used it with my all family Pc, I-pad and cell phone . Premium protection from viruses, ransomware, malware, spyware, phishing and more for all my family (computers, mobile devices, and tablets ) all in one subscription. Great Thank you McAfee.

When did anti-virus companies become marketing companies focused on selling cloud storage or stolen identity with constant popup windows. Stop it!!
