I'm really impressed with how good this item is, especially for the price! It arrived quicker than expected, and very well boxed. Said box was heavy, close to 60# I think, but UPS got it to my door and I was able to drag it in. Instructions for assembly are very comprehensive, so read them well! I took my time with it and was successful. Just make sure all the arc washers are curving the right direction on the tubes. The included wrenches work great but are hard on the hands; wrap a rag around for more comfort.Bought this for back pain relief and because I've shrunk 2" in the past 10 - 15 years (I'm 71). After using it once or twice a day for 10 minutes or so, my back feels much better, and I've gained back 1/2" in height!

This Is a great device. It seems to have improved my health in general. It helps reduce back and neck pain and is very relaxing. It us well built and sturdy. It is large and heavy though. The folding leg reduces the footprint and the small wheels make it easier to use and store.

I play tennis about 3-4 times a week on hard surfaces, so at 76 it is not surprising that I feel discomfort in my back. This is in spite of the fact that I stretch and do light weight lifting for about an 1 1/2 hr. every day. Also, I go to a chiropractor about once a month.At $110 I was willing to give an inversion table a chance. After using it at the least incline, and only about 6 times for 5 minutes each time, my back is much better.. Once I got over my initial apprehension about using it because of my high blood pressure (controlled with medication), I see that even the tension in my shoulders is getting less.Setting up the Body Vision table took about an 1 1/2. That includes getting the parts out the box, making sure all of them are there, and getting my own ratchet and wrench. The instructions are fairly good. I ran into 2 minor problems: when putting the base frame together (Step 1, parts 1R and 1L), make sure the rounded nuts (#13) are facing up so that if you want to ever close the two base frames together, there won't be a space. Also, the Safety Catch ( part 03 already attached to the Cross bar) had to be loosened in order to be able to hold the Backrest (part 49) in place. I would only use the Safety Catch if my grand nephew (a child) came over.It is sturdy, but if I was a big man, I would use it on a hard surface to prevent wobble when getting on and off the table. I see years of use out of a table costing a little over $100.00

My first review was negative. I later realized we had 2 pieces installed improperly. Changing those two pieces made all the difference. In regards to the limited foot space, you may have the foot rest installed incorrectly. We did. Very happy with the inversion table and cancelled our return. It really helps my back. Great value for the money.

I was a little bothered about putting it together myself, but I haven’t fallen out so far!! I’m glad to have a new one. I’ve been inverting over ten hrs on the same table and now it is recommended not to completely invert and the paperwork states to use it more often rather than extended times on it!

I had to try this for myself and it honestly helps relieve my lower back pain. Far from a cure, but it definalty helps. I would buy again if I had to

I like that it’s light, and easily rolls and stores in a closet. It inverts quickly and easily. I don’t like that coming up from inverting can be a bit tricky. I would definitely recommend anyone using this to have a spotter until you get the hang of getting right side up again.

I absolutely love this product! I'm going on 2 weeks and it has made a world of difference. I have a lot more energy, that was the first thing I noticed. My lower back pain is getting relief I couldn't find elsewhere, even chiropractors! I've been recommending it to anyone who has lower back or other aches & pains. Great quality and easy to assemble. Very happy with my purchase!
