Very good alternative for regular mouse especially for long hours of use. The multiple options to set the key functions is very useful and saves a lot of time. Recommended for working for long hours on computer.

I was suffering from carpel-tunnel syndrome, my right hand was hurting so bad after using the apple mouse for 3 yearsI have long editing sessions and now my hand problem is completely goneThough it will be very hard to get used to this for sometime , you might want to through it away , it might feel like learning to operate computer from scratch but give it a 1 week time …Don’t rush your decision and later you will find that it was a great choice … just bare with it for 7-10 days and keep using it

Good product but slightly large to use. Keep going back to my mouse which is also installed along with the trackball.

Waaaaaaay better than using a normal mouse or even vertical mouse. Especially recommend for anyone with RSI.Product is well built. I know it's pricier, but you definitely get your money's worth. Very comfortable to use, and 10/10 I would buy again if needed.

For years, I have been struggling with discomfort and wrist pain with traditional mice. I have tried using vertical ergonomic mice which provided some relief, but they added extra strain to my shoulder, making them difficult to employ for long periods. However, I recently discovered this trackball mouse, which has been a revelation. After purchasing and testing this device, I can say, delightedly, that using a mouse can indeed be a comfortable experience. This is excellent news for me. I am truly grateful for Kensington's creation of this masterpiece. I am hopeful that the wireless version of this device will be available in India soon. Many thanks.

Great trackball, really confortable to use, my first trackball so cant compare with others but got this instead of the other expert kensington one because of the wrist angle.Only con i would say is the USB cable was quite short for as my CPU is on the floor next to the table so had to buy an extension cable.

I used to have pain in my shoulders and wrist due to regular mouse and trackpad. Therefore, I ordered this from US (Not available in India then). It is an amazing device and I am a big fond of it (of course the no shoulder pain since started using it). The size is quite big though, so portability is an issue. But very productive on desk.
