Excellent unit, better than expected.
I was looking for an alternative of the light on the dash that doesn't even tell you the actual pressures. If you look around the replacement sensors are easily $30-$40/pop. This even has replaceable batteries. Let's hope the sensors last longer than the batteries. I have been using this unit for two days now and I am very impressed. Here is why:- Sensors come pre-labeled. You can fire up the unit to check their functionality (temperature) before installing them. I am sure you can probably put them in a jar and pressurize it to 10-15 psi with the air compressor if you want to check pressures.- Shop was able to install them by just breaking the bead. Didn't have to remove the tire completely. This is on stock 17" wheels with all season tires (235/45r17). Bigger wheels or lower profile tires may have to be removed.- It looks like the sensors communicate with the unit constantly when they sense inflation\deflation. You can see the display refresh every few seconds when that occurs. It also gives an alarm if constant deflation is sensed.- When pressure is constant, they seem to communicate less often (to save battery) but I can still see them move up as the tires warm up during driving.- Setup is extremely easy and simple, especially the alarms.- They seem to be very accurate - I started at 34 psi all around (both on display and my two trusty tire gauges) and they all got to 37 after 20 mins of driving (again both display and gauge). So far, very impressed with the accuracy. During the installation I saw at most one or two psi difference during the inflation.- Unit has a very soft yellow backlit. It is very pleasant and not bright\offensive while driving. Can't comment on battery life yet, but the unit stayed on for two hours and still had full battery. Here are a couple of things to make your install easier:- The stem is attached to the sensor body with a screw that locks in the body. In order to tighten it (they were slightly on the loose side out of the box) you have to twist the stem. You could possibly put some thread locker to prevent vibrations from making them come apart but I didn't want to risk it. At most the sensor would only spin a few degrees before it hits the rim anyway.- Install and inflate one at a time before balancing. This way you can see if each sensor pressure works before you start installing the rest.- The only con I can find is that it was sort of unclear in the manual if the sensors can be replaced and new ones synced to the unit. If one fails over time before the rest it would be convenient to just buy one\two sensors instead of the whole unit again. So far, the unit has exceeded my expectations. I just hope the sensors last at least a couple of years. Will update down the road with any extra tips or issues.

From Skeptical to SUPER-it just WORKS.
Having been EXTREMELY disappointed in a previous purchase of a similar device here on Amazon, (returned via Prime, no issues, of course- The one here: https://amzn.to/2EV7hML) I was not sure that any of these add-on tire pressure devices were going to work out. The one in the link I have pasted has a narrow display, unreadable in normal daylight in a vehicle, and, with a badly translated manual was not easy to set-up. Not sure why or how it got so many "good" reviews.I'd just purchased a 16 year old van for hauling of things that won't fit in the back of my other vehicle. Everything worked except for one intermittent light on the dash, that being the tire pressure warning. This made me worry when driving if there was a real problem or a possibly 16 year old sensor going bad. Sensors are not cheap to replace, and I don't know which one was dying so, an add-on system seemed to make sense. This one WORKS. The display is larger, it's VERY visible in daylight as you can see, and nicely lighted at night but not obnoxiously bright. It paired easily, and charged easily via USB for it's initial charge. The orange-ish display is pleasant, and the unit can be placed just about anywhere. I don't know about charge-life yet. It seems to have a standby sensor that blanks the display when not using the vehicle, then comes to life when it senses movement like a door opening that slightly rocks the van, or being picked up and moved. Not sure what it uses for this, but this will contribute to better charge/battery life for sure.Found one tire low on install, the one I suspected, and aired it up with a digitally controlled air compressor at a local gas station to 32 PSI. The display matched and changed appropriately from the lower reading of 27. Have driven two days now, slight changes in pressure and temp show with driving which is normal, and this tells me it's at least getting updates from the tire sensors frequently. No worries now driving with the original sensor light on the dash coming on, I'll be relying on this box to tell me the bigger story. The price of this unit on Amazon is less than having a bad sensor found and replaced on an older car and an inexpensive upgrade to a vehicle. Glad to have found it.
