Cheap for a reason
The fit is horrendous! Does not hold you in at all like most I have purchased as the material is cheap and flimsy it also rolls down and stays there, even for the price I wouldn’t recommend, buy one for around £20-£25 and you will get something you can actually use as this after 10 minutes was put in the bin.

Not the best but ok
I don't know if you can see in the picture but fred missing and i only got this item on Wednesday i think and its almost Friday i worn it a little bit yesterday and most of today the springs came out in picture only shows one but all are now out I was in a lot of pain after like 2 days i was paralysed and my mother had to help me move my legs and arms and im still in a lot of pain from it

True to size. Great product.
I love this product much better than expected and a great price. I looked at waist training products that cost a lot more but after reading some reviews I decided to go for this one because if it didn’t work it’s not a lot of money to spend. It’s hard to put on at first, once on it doesn’t ride up. Also good support for my lower back. Build up wearing time over a week but don’t sleep in it. I’m so impressed I’m going to order a spare one.

Great value
I was looking for something to just flatten a few lumps under an outfit so didn't want to spend a lot. This item was perfect. I ordered a medium which to be fair is a bit snug but then it's meant to be. I'm roughly a size 10 so was pleased I didn't go for a small as I don't think it would have done up.

Not UK sizing, way too small
This product is way too small. I ordered the largest size available and it was way too small. It was supposed to be a 5XL but in reality it wold have fitted a size 12 in UK sizing.
