2TBSP serving is 110 calories, 26 total grams of carbs, 23 gms which are sugar. I drizzle just a little on my latte as I watch carbs too. Hope this helps!

Hello, It's more of a sauce. Not as thick as Hershey's syrup but definitely adds flavor to whatever your using it for. I used mine for a white chocolate pumpkin latte and it's quite tasty but not as thick as I'd hoped for. Hope this helps!

Yes you definitely can, it wont be super thick but more on the light side. Melting down real caramel would be slightly better but this would do if you want something quick
