Ekena Millwork CM15BA Baltimore Ceiling Medallion, 15 3/8"OD x 4 1/4"ID x 1 1/2"P, Factory Primed

It looks great! I had to cut the center to make it a little bigger and it was very easy. Highly recommend. It very much elevates the space.

This medallion is nicer than I imagined. It’s lightweight, but quite sturdy. It looks like expensive plaster but was a fraction of the cost of plaster. It arrived primed and ready for paint. The crystal chandelier I bought has some silver on it so I painted the medallion white, then used a wash of dark gray on it that I wiped back and only left in crevices, then highlighted with silver gilt. I can’t wait to hang it. I will submit more pics after it is hung with the chandelier. Other reviewers state that the escutcheon of their light can hold it up without glue or nails, so that is how I plan to Install it.* I added a photo of it mounted with the chandelier. Absolutely stunning. I did not glue it to the ceiling, the escutcheon is holding it in place.

I bought the light off Amazon because of the price. This medallion looks beautiful and makes a statement while not spending too much! I love the size and while it is lightweight, it looks perfect!

Purchased this medallion to compliment a new dining room chandelier. Came primed and packaged well in a reasonable amount of time. I really like the solid urethane material that Ekena used to create this medallion. It is light weight but sturdy. Very easy and fun to paint. I painted it with a good quality semi gloss paint and then accentuated the raised decorative parts with Modern Masters Pearlescent paint. I will be buying more Ekena pieces in the future to decorate my home.

So easy to install, if you aren't bothered by the idea of disconnecting and reconnecting the electrical lines, and can hold up a possibly heavy chandelier.I used just the canopy to hold it up, and didn't bother with any adhesive. And haven't painted it...looks just perfect as it is. The wife, with all the home decorating savvy in the family, LOVES it.

I purchased three of these ceiling roses. After hand painting with a small brush, they are an essential element in a traditional room.

Light. Solid. Excelent primed quality. Ready for spraypaint.

Looks as expected - it's off white so if you are not painting it - it will look cream NOT white on your ceiling.
