Came on time and my son loves the game

I purchased LEGO DC super villains as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old nephew, he loves the game. Says it’s exactly what he wanted.

My son thinks that this is the best game

This is by FAR a step up from Lego Incredibles, sorry but that game was a HUGE disappointment! Not a huge DC follower but I know enough to still enjoy the game. Amazing open world map with 7 main places to explore and then even more sub areas you can enter and explore. So you have a LOT to keep you busy, even if you just rush for 100% completion I would suggest slowing down and appreciating the small details everywhere on the game!

My son has just about every LEGO video game ever made so we’re very familiar with how buggy these games can be (you’d think they’d test them thoroughly) but this game is ridiculous. One minute something is there, the next it’s gone. Wouldn’t be too much of a problem except the item that disappeared is needed for your current mission or needed to progress in the story. Other glitches we encountered would be that one minute we’d be able to reverse in the vehicles and the next we’d no longer be able to, but only on one player in co-op. The only way you’d be able to rectify the issue was to completely close the game and restart it. We never could figure out what would trigger the issues and there were too many issues to count. With that being said though, it’s one of the more fun LEGO games. The voice acting doesn’t put you off like it did us in the Marvel Superheroes 2 game, we couldn’t get past how bad certain voice actors were! I’d prefer they do what they did in the Jurassic Park LEGO game and that was to rip the voices from the movie. If they somehow fix all of the glitches and bugs, this game would rank right up there with LEGO Batman and LEGO Avengers, two of my family’s favorite LEGO games.

Great game. It feels different from other LEGO games, but in a good way. It’s different but still a core LEGO game. It’s a ton of fun to play and unlock all the awesome characters. Highly recommend this game.

I wanted to like this game a lot. Visually it looks great and the hub is huge. Its the game play thats a little off. You get the standard 15 rounds and 5 good sized bonus levels. Whats wrong is the controls are over used, especially the triangle. The races are quirkier than usual and many of the vehicles are very hard to control. The guide studs fail a lot of the times. Its the crashes, softlocks and all the bugs are making this not fun. The brick challenges in the hubs have a bad habit of not rendering right. The start point doesnt exist until you reset the game, the special wall doesn't render, you walk up to the side of a building and it complete rerenders, etc. Going to finish it to about 93%. Not a keeper.

Too many bugs/glitches to have any fun playing, so after the first week, I gave up.

How many of these games have they made and they still haven't figured out how to fix the glitches. Got not even 10% in when this game glitched 3 different times deep into missions. If you've played these before you know you have to start the entire long mission after a reboot rather than at a checkpoint. This was a colossal waste of money and that's too bad because the parts I did get to play were fun. No more Lego games ever again.
