I find that if I'm lying down on my bed with my head on a pillow, I can get some great movement. I do have to inflate the device quite a bit (almost to the point of choking myself) to get the best results but the feeling is amazing.

I Love this as a migraine sufferer I highly recommend. Works wonders ! I bought four more for friends and family.

The only thing that was not very good about it is the ease of inflation. It slightly feels like it is choking you.
