This software was an add on upgrade to my Embrilliance Essentials software. It installed perfectly. Rebooted and worked perfectly. I bought it for the knockdown stitch primarily but it had several great features.

Nice addition to Essentials!
I really like what Enthusiast can do! I got it mainly for the ability to remove stitches easily and it does a nice job of it. Much easier that using the stitch simulator and stop button. I haven't tried the knock down stitch yet, but I'm sure I'll like that as well. Embrilliance makes software that is very easy to use!

Great basic software that works on bot Mac and PC
This is a great choice to use for the Mac users. It is basic and tutorials on Utube. I like to do very specific editing and after watching the tutorials, not all the editing is addressed. I wished there was more training videos.

Easy for Beginners
This is my first Embroidery Software to purchase and it is super easy. I am a beginner Embroiderer with the Brother SE400, a single needle work from home machine. The software was easy set up and easier to manipulate. I purchase a lot of my pre-digitized designs online so all I have to do is copy and paste into the program itself, then can tweak as I go, adding wording and changing color. I love this program but wish I would have chose an actual digitizing program to create my own unique works of art. Other than that it is great and really easy to use as a beginning Embroideres!

No future updates
Recommendation: DO NOT BUYThe software works really well, and there is a lot of support for it, but it has no future. The developer has stated that they do not have any planned updates, which basically means that it is dead. It currently has the extremely outdated Windows 95 look and feel, which will eventually stop working under Windows and MacOS. I was hoping that they would be working on bringing the application into the future, but they don't.Because of this, I have started looking at the many alternatives to replace it. I would expect this to continue working at least through 2024, but once Microsoft pulls the plug on this type of application, it will no longer work. The other embroidery applications that I have started looking at, have many new features, so it's going to be tough deciding on a replacement. Best of luck to everyone.
