I had below normal D levels per my blood tests Within 2 weeks of using once day, the D levels came up into a normal range. I took 2,000 1 pump serving daily. I weighed 240 pounds. Years of high end brands combined with D3 did almost nothing. For me, physically, this is a Miracle. Stronger, better absorption of other vitamins, happier, improved sleep, and as D level improved in blood tests, related categories also improved. Absolutley worth the money.

It does what it's supposed to do. It's not a shot of adrenaline. You may feel more energized if your issue was a vitamin D deficiency. If that's not your issue, you won't. It tastes like concentrated orange peels. There is a bitter taste and a lingering after taste. It's not the most pleasant thing but it's tolerable to me. If that's a problem, take pills. I just eat a bite of something immediately after and it's fine. It's mid-priced based on what I've seen for liquid vitamin D. There's less expensive options out there. The most important factor for me is I no longer have a vitamin D deficiency. I might switch to a cheaper alternative when I run out if I can find one of the same quality.

I've recently started trying to find liposomal versions of some vitamins and the first one I got for vitamin D wasn't so great... it was oil and just tasted like plain olive oil (yuck). So I started looking for something different and found this one.If you like oranges, you'll love the taste of this supplement. That's exactly what this tastes like. The first time I used it, I was a little surprised by the slight burning feeling when holding it under my tongue for 30 seconds, but it wasn't unpleasant. But after that first dose, it's been almost unnoticeable. This is really the first supplement that I don't mind taking.

I’m mostly submitting my review to give additional details on the taste. Previous reviewers have either hated or liked the taste. If you’re curious what it tastes like - it reminds me of the white lining on an orange peel. It’s got an orange-y flavor, but with a mouth-drying bitter taste. Like eating too much of the white part on an orange section. Just my two cents.It does seem to be a good way of getting my vitamin D. My levels are always borderline low/low normal, and this keeps me in the normal range.

This is expensive, but a great quality. If you can afford it, it is tops!

Been a long time user of these drops, but they changes the ingredients on this last batch and the taste is horrible (at least for me). Way too sweet and hard to even keep in my mouth. I unfortunately will be looking for a new vitamin d drop.
