Truly wonderful product, I love it. I received this today and put it on for my Tae Kwon Do class which is an hour of knee jarring activities. I am 53, 5’7, 185lb. My knee has been giving out over the last week and it is very painful to do squats, I have been taking ibuprofen every night after class. Tonight I did perfect side kicks without loosing my balance and I did not need any ibuprofen when I got home. The fit is perfect, it’s not to tight (I hold fluid in my lower extremities and had no indentations) and it’s not to loose ( it stayed in place through all my varying kicks (and there were a LOT tonight). I bought size XL. I support and recommend this product.

My wife wears this on her left knee to Zumba class. She really likes it, since it is not bulky and gives her the extra support she needs during her workout.

Very comfortable. Bought an XL so it won't be too tight. It's perfect. Definitely helps my knee feel somewhat better, more than any other similar items I purchased. I am just wondering if it is safe to sleep with them.

These are the best elastic knee supports I have ever purchased. Its a soft material with a class II compression. If you are at the high end of the size chart, go up a size because the compression is strong. The silicone band at the top nicely holds the brace in place. I wear them for a soft tissue issue along with swelling and arthritis. Keeps the knees stable, warm and supported, and for the very good price, you actually get a pair of supports. Definitely worth it!

Slips a little, and bulges at the top although I a, not really heavy. (110 5’5 inches)

The material is nit good, easily break after 2 days use, so tight hurts on the knees, though it was very light but pricey
