Though beautiful, a bulb burned out within two days. No replacement bulbs or fuses included. The only reason the rating is not a one star is because the bulb that burned out did not affect the entire a string.I’m updating this review to reflect one star. After one week four bulbs have failed. If I could give a zero I would. Far too much money to pay for four out of twenty one bulbs burning out after seven days.

I can't even find strings of C9s and C7s without LEDs in the stores anymore, so I'm pleased with these. Because of the high current draw of this type of light, it's ill-advised to string more than a couple together, and no more than 4-5 strands from a single outlet.We don't use them for decoration, we use them to help keep a small tree warm under a blanket when it freezes. The tree looks gorgeous with the bulbs in it too, which never hurts.While 25 lights seems like a lot, you'll likely find that the amount of light produced impresses, while the ambiance doesn't. You just get spoiled with the soft, even lighting of mini-bulbs where you get 5x more per foot or more. Our two strings provide tons of light, but still look very sparse.Bottom line: For decorating the house, this is old tech and you might as well skip it. If you have some ulterior project however, they might just be your pony.

This is a nice, low cost way to get the clear, filament look without the expense of the G30/G40/G50 bulbs. Although the lighs are candle shaped, at night you don't notice it. They look like those cool, clear bulbs. We strung hundreds of these in our backyard for an event and they gave off a lot of light. But, the bulbs are very very fragile. So be sure to have spares on hand (NOTE: The string will light if the bulb is broken).

We purchased these bulbs for our outdoor Christmas decorating on our house. These lights came very well packaged, no broken bulbs and each set that we purchased worked without any problems. I bought along with this set, replacement bulbs but somehow we managed to hang these without breaking a single bulb, I don't know if we were all that careful or these are pretty durable. We have been trying to continue decorating for Christmas without going to LED bulbs and finding large bulbs that are not LED has been difficult so we turned to Amazon and they did not disappoint.

I got these lights eventually and started to put them on the house and discovered that one of the sockets are bad. At first I thought it was the light bulb but after swapping it out with another bulb I discovered that it was the socket not the bulb. Unfortunately it took almost 2 weeks for me to get the bulbs so if I returned it and waited for a replacement Christmas would be over.

They do light up quite an area when lit, and they look great! I like the transition from them to a roaring camp fire, fairy lights, fireflies, and all the o wonders of the nighttime. :)

The glass bulbs are a bit flimsy and one broke while putting them up. Hoping they do the job of keeping the tree warm during any cold/freezing nights in Phoenix AZ.

Really like it untill i found them for 7 bucks at WALMART kinda made me throw up a little in my mouth...
