Structure Projects for Your Model Railroad (Modeling & Painting)

This book has quite a variety of structure projects from houses to industrial structures. Like most of these books, they seem aimed at the beginner to intermediate modeler but we all can learn from others though. Like other books in this series, I think one can take these techniques and apply them to diverse projects that are not necessarily specifically covered and therein lies the real value. I have read a number of Model Railroader magazine books and have learned quite a bit from them

Great book

This book is, like most Kalmbach RR books, made up of reprints from Model Railroader Magazine. That's not necessarily a bad thing but this book had less than 90 pages and most were very basic. I was hoping for more involved articles with advanced techniques explained.

Nice to be able to quickly find articles pertaining to structure modeling without hours of searching the magazine index database.

These books cover the basics to the advanced. Always good to have in your library.

this was a birthday gift for my son who is presently building an HO scale model railroad. he loves the book.
