Extremely Disappointed
The worst of honey mixed with the worst of mustard. A strong foul flavor with a texture that made me want to gag. Not sure if mine was off or what but definitely nothing like what I expected.

Für mich einer der besten Honigsenfsorten, die ich bisher probiert habe. Und ich habe viele probiert von großen Herstellern bis hin zu Senf aus kleinen Manufakturen. Sehr ausgewogenes Aroma, vielseitig einsetzbar, beispielsweise für Salatdressing oder in einer Graved Lachs-Sauce.
