Beautiful
Good quality, nice crisp and clear sound. This is the second music box I bought from them. I noticed on their amazon storefront that they can also take custom orders. I would like to get a quote for a custom order, but don't know how to place a custom order as there is no email info. or options to choose from. Do I call the number listed to make a custom order?

Small but Beautiful
The music box was small but very beautiful. The music plays clear and true. My daughter loves it.

The box with Sleeping Beauty on the front still plays the song from Anastasia!
Well, I bought two. One with Anastasia on the front and one with Sleeping Beauty. I assumed the one with Sleeping Beauty plays “Once Upon a Dream.” It does NOT. They both play “Once Upon a December” from Anastasia, which is disappointing because I wanted one of each song, and you’d think the one with Sleeping Beauty on the front would play her song...However, they came quickly and were nicely gift wrapped. They seem to be of good quality. Just had to take off a star because of the misleading image/song. They are from completely different movies, but play the same song. Very odd.

Daughter loves it but be careful if they have long hair
Prob one of the best gifts we gave to our 9 year old daughter. It's been over a year since we got this for her and she uses it every day. Just be aware that little girls hair can shed and fall inside the music box and get caught up in the gears, which will cause it not to work. I had to use a pair of eyebrow tweezers to pull it all out but it works again now.

Once upon a December music box
The media could not be loaded. I love it, beautiful little wooden music box came nicely gift wrapped ready to give as a present. I bought this for my little niece. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Tune sounds off, nicely wrapped, made well
It came wrapped so beautifully, and it was going to be a gift for my daughter, which wasn't for a couple months. So I didn't open it, but I decided to anyway just in case. I love the craftsmanship, but I don't like the tune. Once upon a dream is one of my favorite love songs, so I thought I would recognize it right away. I am disappointed with that because thats the main purpose of the gift. I wish I had opened it sooner, because now it's to late to return.
