Wonderful product
This product is easy to use and over all great. I was completely amazed at how it fried things. I have always hated baking fries and pizza rolls. They never came out the way I wanted but this air frier makes these items taste wonderful. The only cons I have is It does take up a large amount of space and the basket is pretty big so it’s not easy to clean. Other that that I feel like it works great!

I'm a chef!
This product has changed my life. I am a chef now, cooking all my own meals instead of eating out. It is so easy to use. I make salmon, fried chicken, chicken wings, potatoes, broccoli, biscuits, and hope to get more creative as well. The chicken tenders I make are crispier and juicier than you'd get at an arena. I initially thought I got a product that was WAY too big, but since you have to lay things flat, I actually do need something really big. Now I can make everything at once and not need multiple batches, so go for the big one. This air fryer is very, very quiet. It has a bright and sleek display. I love my air fryer!

Very quiet, works well
There are a lot of units out there and I have used a few in the past. Any unit with this size basket is a monster on your counter, no exception here. The difference with this unit is that it is very quiet compared to others. This is important to me as the kitchen is loud enough as it is. I can fit enough food inside though more space would be nice to prevent the need for batches at times you want leftovers. It gets plenty hot and can crisp most anything if you do not overfill. I am impressed with the machine overall. Hopefully, it will stand the test of time. I'm only a few weeks in so we shall see.

Convenient, Oilless Cooking but Not Sure It Saves Time
I've used it about six times. It's good for low-density foods like breaded shrimp, french fries and the like. It cooks them with minimal oil and they come out crunchy and delicious. However, for chicken the auto-setting under cooks it. I don't know if it's cooking at a lower temperature than it's set to or the time is inaccurate. In any event I had to cook 3 breaded thighs for 45 mins. 25 by the auto setting then another 20 minutes lowered to 320 degrees until the juice was clear. I suspect other meats will be similar. So it will take trial and error to learn the right times for each type of food. But in the end it's still more convenient, uses less power, heats up the house less and is easier to clean than using an oven. It's basically a convection oven that blows down onto the food rather than across it.Update: It's great for steak. I use an accessory ss grill to elevate the steak about 1" above the basket. This allows much more air to flow under the steak to cook the underside. The seasoning goes on top and cooks into the steak. Because the food is 1" closer to the heat the temperature has to come down 20 degrees and the time increased by 4-6 minutes to allow for complete cooking (145 degree interior) without charring the top.For meats a digital thermometer is a must. The cooking varies dramatically based upon the amount of food being cooked. A full basket of three, breaded chicken thighs requires flipping at 3/4 Preset time, then cooking on the other side for 3/4 time . Due to the increased time I finally lower the temp from 350 to 320 to prevent burning. If the preset Chicken time is used a full basket of breaded chicken will come out cooked, crispy on the surface and practically raw on the inside -i.e. unsafe. But fried chicken is great when it comes out. Very juicy and tastes great the next day cold because it doesn't have the old grease taste in it. It just takes 3/4 time at 350, flip, 3/4 time at 350, then if not at internal temp of 165, another 15 or so minutes at 320. But it's worth the effort to get low-oil fried chicken. I use a spray bottle of peanut oil to lightly spray the top of the breading to seal in moisture just before cooking.

Great product!
I got this as a gift for my mom. She only has to cook for herself so she wanted an air fryer. It's a more convenient option for her and healthier than using her normal fryer. I sent her a few recipes off pinterest and she has cooked trout and salmon in it as well as chicken and fries. She absolutely loves it. I was worried it would be too big but the smaller ones too small so I went with the big. How can you go wrong getting the bigger one? On prime day it was on sale so I made my move. I am thinking about getting one for my own house.

Works great!
Never owned an air fryer before. I got this yesterday and was excited (yet skeptical) to try it out. First thing to cook were chicken wings last night. I am a believer! They were very good; cooked and juicy. I even wanted them a little crispier, so went past the recommended 20 min by 5 min, still juicy wings. The wife made hard boiled eggs this morning and she said they came out great! Good product!

I can cook!
Wow! I had no idea that cooking could be so easy. I made air fried turkey legs last night that had such a nice texture---crunchy on the outside and moist inside. I have also cooked pork chops, perfect steaks, vegetables and fries that taste even better than the ones at McDonald's, if you can believe that. The unit itself is huge, but I am leaving it out on my counter top because I'm using it practically every day. It's also quiet and easy to clean. I'm glad I purchased a large capacity unit even if I'm cooking for 2 because when you cook certain items, like roasted veggies, they are better if you don't layer them. This was an excellent buying decision.

Disappointed
overall it's very quick to cook but the inside is already getting rusted from all the cleaning and the color is coming out. I only had this for about a month or two and it looks like i've had it for years. Price wise not worth it!!!!
